1 large Sunkist^® Grapefruit, peeled and supremed or sliced

2 slices hearty whole grain bread, toasted

¼ cup cottage cheese

¼ cup pistachios, chopped

2 tbsp hot honey

Prep Time: 7 mins

Servings: 2

1 Spread 2 tbsp cottage cheese on each piece of toast.

2 Top with grapefruit, chopped pistachios, and hot honey.

3 Serve immediately. Enjoy!
