1 lb (3–4) 4Earth Farms™ Baby Bok Choy, halved
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
½ tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp honey
¼ tsp toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic
2 tsp avocado oil (more if needed)
Red pepper flakes
Seasame seeds for topping

Servings: 4
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add half of the bok choy, cut side down, sear until browned on each side.
3. Remove, add more oil to the pan, add more bok choy and repeat.
4. Add all the seared bok choy back to the pan and add the sauce. Toss, then cover and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
5. Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve. Enjoy!
