6 Mucci Farms Rustico™ Peppers, seeded and quartered (or sliced into large pieces)
(4) 8 oz mini Burrata cheese portions
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
Fresh basil leaves

1. Toss peppers, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl, then arrange on a large baking sheet. Set oven to broil and roast peppers for 8 minutes, then flip and broil for another 4 minutes.
2. Place roasted peppers on a serving platter, then break up mini Burrata cheese evenly over the peppers.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (Sprinkle crushed chili flakes for an added kick.)
4. Garnish with basil leaves and enjoy!
