1–2 Bee Sweet Citrus Mandarins
½ cup semi-sweet mini chocolate morsels
1 tsp sea salt
Prep Time: 10 min
Freeze Time: 10–15 min
1 Peel and segment Mandarins; set aside.
2 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave in 15-second increments to avoid burning until chocolate is fully melted.
3 Dip half of each Mandarin segment in melted chocolate and set on a plate.
4 Once every segment is coated, sprinkle sea salt on each.
5 Place in freezer for 10–15 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
