4 Sweet Valley Citrus Satsumas
3–4 ripe tomatoes
2 (4 oz) Burrata cheeses
3 tbsp basil pesto
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Basil leaves, for garnish

1 Slice tomatoes into rounds.
2Peel Satsumas and cut horizontally into wheels.
3Arrange tomatoes and Satsuma wheels on a platter.
4Cut one Burrata to add to the center and use the other around the rest of the platter.
5Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper and drizzle with basil pesto. Garnish with basil leaves and enjoy!
