WTF Do I Do With
mangos ?!


‐ MANGO SALSA ‐

1 large mango, peeled, cut in 1/4-inch cubes

1/4 cup red bell pepper, cut in 1/4-inch dices

1½ tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

1½ tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tsp lime juice

1/2 tsp sugar

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped, or to taste

Makes: 4 Servings


1In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

2Let stand at room temperature a half hour before serving or refrigerate up to 24 hours.

*Should be used within 24 hours of serving.
