6–8 Kings River Navel Oranges (depending on size)
2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar

Freeze Time: 6 hrs

1. Peel and cut Navel oranges. Mash them with a spoon to release the juices and set aside in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
3. Fill each popsicle mold ⅓ of the way full with the Navel oranges. Make sure they are packed down to prevent air pockets.
4. Fill each mold to the ⅔ mark with the yogurt mixture. Press down with a spoon to pack it in. Combine the remaining Navel oranges and yogurt mixture, and fill molds to the top.
5. Freeze for about 6 hours and enjoy!
