Spinach Salad
1 cup California Giant Strawberries, sliced
1 cup California Giant Blueberries
5 oz baby spinach
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup walnut halves and pieces
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing
½ cup avocado oil
¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp white granulated sugar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
⅛ tsp fine sea salt

Servings: 1
1 In a large bowl, add spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, and red onion.
2 In a tall measuring cup, add oil, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, sugar, poppy seeds, and salt. Whisk together until smooth.
3 Pour desired amount of dressing over ingredients and gently toss to combine. Enjoy!
