12 oz 4Earth Farms™ Organic Asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 small lemon
Coarse Kosher salt
Black pepper

1 Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
2 In a small bowl, blend together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lay out asparagus spears and brush on olive oil mixture until evenly coated. Salt and pepper spears to taste.
3 Using tongs, lay asparagus on grill perpendicular to the bars so they don’t fall through. Turn regularly and grill for 6–10 minutes until tender.
4 Remove from grill and plate. Top with juice of one lemon. Enjoy!
