*Amounts will vary based on the needs of guests

Assemble Ghost Cookies: Dip Nutter Butter Cookies in vanilla yogurt, then place two mini chocolate chips as eyes. Arrange on a cookie sheet and freeze for 2–3 hours.

Prepare Zombie Peppers: Wash all produce. Use frosting to adhere googly eyes and chocolate chips to peppers. Set aside.

Make Chocolate Bats: Cut Oreos, or cookies of your choosing, in half. Use frosting to attach two halves as wings to each Reese’s Piece. Add googly eyes, and set aside.

Shape the Cheeses: Use pumpkin and ghost cookie cutters to make Brie cheese ghosts and Cheddar cheese pumpkins.

Create Mandarin Pumpkins: Peel mandarins. Cut celery stems to resemble pumpkin stems and insert them into mandarins. Set aside.

Make Cheese Brooms: Cut string cheese in half. Finely slice one end of each to create a broom-bristle effect. Insert a pretzel stick into the uncut end as the broom handle.

Slice apples as desired.

Assemble the tray: On a large tray, arrange all produce, salami, pretzels, and cookies. Add the Cookie Ghosts just before serving. Enjoy!

Optional: Decorate the spread with plastic skulls, spiders, and mini pumpkins for a festive touch.
