⅔ cup Bobalu Strawberries, diced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp fresh basil, thinly sliced
Balsamic glaze, for drizzle (optional)

1 In a bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar and mash with a potato masher, making sure the strawberries are still chunky.
2 Let strawberries marinate in the bowl for up to one hour*.
3 Add cream cheese to a serving tray. Use a spoon to top the cream cheese with strawberry balsamic mixture. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
4 Serve with baguette or crackers and enjoy!
*Tip: Depending on how much time you have, you can either marinate the strawberries for an hour to intensify the flavor, or just let them sit for a few minutes before serving.
