Cook Time: 30 min

Marinate the beef in brown sugar, honey, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan at medium-high heat and sear beef with marinade, then remove from pan.
Add 1 tbsp oil and add green beans and garlic to the pan. Sauté until garlic is soft, then add beef stock and cover for 3 minutes. Turn off heat, remove lid, and add all of cooked beef and sauce back into the pan with the green beans. Stir together.
Mix corn starch and water together to create a slurry, add to pan, and turn heat back on to medium-high. Bring mixture to a boil so that starch will thicken the sauce.
Bring a medium-large pot of water to a boil for lo mein noodles. Boil noodles for 4–6 minutes on high. Drain and add to pan. Sauté noodles in to add flavor throughout. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
