1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup

1 To make the crust, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add in the maple syrup and coconut oil. Whisk until a crumbly dough forms.
2 Roll the dough and cut into 12 small circles. A round cookie cutter or an upturned glass will work. Carefully transfer to a shallow muffin or tart pan. Use a fork and pierce the dough all over.
3 Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350° F and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
4 Meanwhile, combine the filling ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
5 Spread into an even layer on the tart crust. Garnish with strawberries and basil microgreens.
Tip: Double the recipe to make a standard pie size.
