3 cups (1 clamshell pack) of Nature’s Partner Mystic Treat red seedless grapes, washed, dried, and sliced
½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
20 slices of baguette or bread of choice, toasted
2 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp sherry or champagne vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 small garlic clove, finely minced
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pistachio or pumpkin seed oil
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Prep Time: 15 min
1In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.
2Gently fold in the sliced grapes, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the vinaigrette. Marinate for 10 minutes.
3Crumble Gorgonzola on top of the marinated grapes. Spoon the mixture on top of the toasted bread slices, serve, and enjoy!
