1 G&R Farms® Sweet Onion, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil
2 bell peppers, cored and sliced
½ cup matchstick carrots
¾ cup pea pods
1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, peeled
3 tbsp green onions, sliced
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp ginger paste
1½ tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp hot chili garlic sauce
1½ tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 In a large rimmed skillet, add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add peppers, onion, carrots, and pea pods.
2 While veggies are cooking, prepare the sauce. Whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, ginger paste, rice vinegar, hot chili garlic sauce, cornstarch, and lime juice.
3 Once the veggies are tender, add shrimp and stir. Add the sauce to the skillet and continue stirring. Simmer until the shrimp is pink and the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
4 Top with green onions and serve with rice. Enjoy!
