WTF Do I Do With
Frank & Able Tomatoes-on-the-Vine ?!

2 large tomatoes cut into 3 slices each

½ cup fresh-grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp salt or to taste

¼ tsp pepper or to taste 

1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 10 min

Serves: 2-3

1Preheat oven to 400° F.

2In a small bowl, toss together the Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

3Top each tomato slice evenly with the Parmesan cheese mixture.

4 Drizzle with olive oil.

5 Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese turns golden.

6 Garnish with parsley and serve.
