1 package Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Dew Drop Cabbage
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
1Preheat oven to 400° F.
2Cut Artisan® Dew Drop Cabbage into halves, lengthwise. Wash and dry.
3Brush entire half of Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4Roast until cabbage is tender and edges are golden, 20-25 minutes.
