1 Nature’s Partner® Fuyu persimmon, thinly sliced
1 large Nature’s Partner Hass avocado
2 slices good-quality country bread
¼ tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper
Honey, for drizzling
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Olive oil or butter (optional, for toasting)
Prep Time: 15 min
1Toast the bread with some olive oil or butter (optional). Meanwhile, gently mash avocado with salt and pepper using the back of a fork.
2Spread avocado mash evenly on top of the toasted bread. Place 2-3 slices of Fuyu persimmon on each piece of toast.
3Finish with a drizzle of honey and red pepper flakes, to taste.
