1-2 SnapDragon® apples
1 French baguette, or crusty bread
Goat cheese, or other mild spreadable cheese, such as light cream cheese
Prep Time: 10 min
Serves: 2 people per SnapDragon
1 Slice SnapDragons into ¼" slices. Leave the skin on or peel, if desired.
2 Cut bread into slices. Spread each slice with goat cheese.
3 Place slices of SnapDragon on top. Drizzle with honey.
